COURSE OVERVIEW

This 4-year long all inclusive engineering programme helps students to understand all aspects of the development of the physically and naturally built infrastructure in our modern world. In the first year, students understand the overall world of engineering as well as get a knowledge of the basics of advanced civil engineering subjects. This paves the way for a smooth transition into the advanced learning of the second and third year. Along with theoretical knowledge, students get a detailed understanding of practical applications by spending considerable time in laboratories as well as completing an industrial training and a final year project in the fourth year. In the end, students emerge as highly skilled professionals, respected for their knowledge in the corporate world. Earn a Double Degree with SEGi University and the University of Central Lancashire.

Pass in STPM with (2 principal passes including Mathematics and Physical Science subject); OR Pass in A-Level with (2 principal passes including Mathematics and Physical Science subject); OR
Pass in Foundation Studies with CGPA at least 2.00 in relevant field from institute of higher education recognised by the Malaysian Government; OR
Pass in UEC with 5 Bs (must include Mathematics and Physical Science subject); OR
Pass in New South Wales Higher School Certificate with minimum of Band 3 in Mathematics and Physics; OR
Pass in South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE) with minimum of grade B in Mathematics and Physics; OR
Pass in Canadian Pre-University Studies/ Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) with minimum of 60% in Mathematics and Physics respectively; OR
Pass in International Baccalaureate with minimum of 24 points; OR
Pass in Matriculation, Ministry of Education Malaysia with minimum of CGPA 2.0; OR
Pass Diploma in Civil Engineering or other relevant field with minimum of CGPA 2.0 from higher education institute recognised by the Malaysian Government; OR
Pass in BTEC HND programme in Civil Engineering or other relevant field from higher education institute recognised by the Malaysian Government; OR
Other equivalent qualification that recognised by Malaysia Government

For International Student :

TOEFL with minimum of score 500 or IELTS with minimum of score 5.0.
The student that do not meet the minimum English requirement will need to take Intensive English Programme (IEP) offer by SEGi university and pass the IEP exam.
