Overview
Yayasan Tunku Abdul Rahman (YTAR) has partnered with Google through the Gemilang programme to offer scholarships for deserving and underrepresented learners of all backgrounds in Malaysia. The purpose of this programme is for learners to upskill and develop themselves professionally in preparation for entering the workforce and for career advancement.
The Google Career Certificates offered by Gemilang include: Digital Marketing & E-Commerce; Data Analytics; UX Design; IT Support; IT Automation; and Project Management.
This programme is not an academic scholarship for undergraduate studies. It is a sponsored opportunity to obtain Google Career Certificates under the Google Gemilang programme.
Criteria
The Scholarship would only be distributed to Learners who are at least 18 years old and above, who come from socioeconomically disadvantaged or under-represented communities.

Successful participants are required to complete the entirety of one (1) Google Coursera course by June 2025.
