Overview
The Public Service Department (PSD) has opened the Lee Kuan Yew's scholarship, offered to Professional & Management officers in the Ministry/Department/Agency for full-time Masters study.
The closing date for officers is August 11, 2017 while for the head of the department/service head is on August 18, 2017
Criteria
- Government Management and Professional Group Officer who is serving in fixed service
- Has been confirmed in the service scheme during the application closing date
- Aged not exceeding 50 years
- Good language mastery
- Has declared property
- Achieve Annual Performance Assessment Report (LNPT) minimum 85% average for the last 3 years consecutively 2014, 2015 & 2016
- Net of charge / disciplinary action and free from court charges
- Not listed in the black list of loan borrowers scheme of the PSD
- Not following short courses abroad within one year or long courses over the past two years (calculated from 21 July 2017)
- Undergraduate courses to be followed are related to the field that corresponds to the task
- Not getting sponsorship (loan or scholarship) from other sponsoring agencies
- Attended higher levels of academic qualifications owned by employees
