JPA Scholarship - Program Khas Ijazah Luar Negara (PKILN)

Interested candidates must meet general and specific requirements

application as follows:

2.1 General Conditions

(i) Citizen of Malaysia;

(ii) Pass a health examination;

(iii) Mother and/or father are not blacklisted by the PSD or are in legal action by the PSD;

(iv) Not receiving financial assistance/sponsorship from anywhere or agency for the same level or study;

(v) Completion of an identified preparatory program (cf. details in paragraph 2.2) in 2022 with set minimum results;

(vi) Age not exceeding 22 years in the year of application (or 23 years for transition students);

(vii) Students have received a conditional / unconditional offer from university to pursue First Degree on a full -time basis; and

(viii) Students must start their studies before or on

31 December 2022.

Meet the minimum academic requirements set as follows:

Malaysian Higher Certificate of Education

• (STPM)
• Grade Point Average
• Cumulative (CGPA) 3.50 /4.00

Ministry Matriculation Malaysian Education (MOE)

• CGPA 3.50 / 4.00

A-Level from center / college or local preparation / IPTS

• 14/15 points (without C)

International Baccalaureate Diploma Program (IB) from the center/ preparatory college / local IPTS

• 35/45 points

The program targets sponsorship in the field Engineering and Science & Technology in line with the Policy National Science, Technology and Industry (DSTIN) 2021-2030 as well as the 10-10 Malaysian Science, Technology Framework, Innovation and Economy (MySTIE) Framework i.e. field core technologies (DeepTech) such as artificial intelligence (Artificial Intelligence), Internet of Things (IOT), blockchain, advanced materials and technology (Advanced Materials) and analytics, big data (Big Data Analytic). This also includes the green economy (Green Economy) which involves key sectors including construction, employment, agriculture and transportation.

Unsponsored fields of study are medicine, dentistry, pharmacy,education, nursing, courses that require students to take a license such as aviation licenses and professional courses such as ACCA and Certified in Legal Practice (CLP).
