Overview
The International School of Kuala Lumpur (ISKL) is offering two International Baccalaureate (IB) diploma scholarships for its August 2016 intake to deserving young Malaysians. This scholarship programme has been approved by the Ministry of Education, and it has been offered since 2002.
The International Baccalaureate Diploma Program is a rigorous two-year curriculum culminating in exams in six subjects (three higher level and three standard level).
Criteria
- Excellent academic records: Submit application with SPM 2015 trial exam results including past three years official academic records (translated in English)
- Personal statement from applicant
- SPM 2015 examination results (presented at the panel interview or prior)
- Teacher recommendations
- Extra curricular involvement
- Previous commitment to community service
- Completed ISKL Application for Admission Form
- Authorization to Release School Records Form
- A photocopy of the applicant's Malaysian identity card
- TWO recent passport-size color photographs of the student, with the student's name written on the back
Preferred Discipline
- Non-diploma students may earn IB certificates in subjects of interest.
Amount Info
- Each scholarship is worth over RM250,000 each.
- It will cover tuition fee for the two-year course beginning August 2016
- Inclusive of the external examination fee and other compulsory requirements

How to apply for ISKL International Baccaulaureate (IB) Scholarship Offer
- Application has to be submitted in English complete with the above requirements.
- An entrance examination will be held on February 22, 2013 and only shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview.
