COURSE OVERVIEW
The objectives of this programme are:
- To equip learners with basic and advanced knowledge in quality management and quality improvement.
- To provide learners with the necessary skills for them to define, measure, analyze, improve and control the quality management and quality improvement plans in their respective organizations.
- To enhance learners generic and transferable skills applicable for industries and realizing the nation's mission in creating specialised and technology-driven workforces.
- To produce Certified Quality Managers, Certified Quality Professionals and Certified Quality Auditors.

Detailed entry requirements
Normal Entry
- Bachelor degree (KKM Level 6) with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 or its equivalent as accepted by Senate; or
- Bachelor degree (KKM Level 6) or its equivalent with CGPA below 2.50, is acceptable subject to a minimum of 5 years working experience in a related field.
APEL Entry
- Malaysian; and
- Candidate must be 30 years old and above in the year of the application being made; and
- Possess Diploma/A-Levels/STPM qualification or equivalent; and
- Have previous working experience/learning relevant to the field applied; and
- Pass APEL Assessment for Master Degree (conducted by OUM)
