COURSE OVERVIEW

The objectives of this programme are:

To equip learners with basic and advanced knowledge in quality management and quality improvement.
To provide learners with the necessary skills for them to define, measure, analyze, improve and control the quality management and quality improvement plans in their respective organizations.
To enhance learners generic and transferable skills applicable for industries and realizing the nation's mission in creating specialised and technology-driven workforces.
To produce Certified Quality Managers, Certified Quality Professionals and Certified Quality Auditors.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Detailed entry requirements

Normal Entry

Bachelor degree (KKM Level 6) with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 or its equivalent as accepted by Senate; or
Bachelor degree (KKM Level 6) or its equivalent with CGPA below 2.50, is acceptable subject to a minimum of 5 years working experience in a related field.

APEL Entry

Malaysian; and
Candidate must be 30 years old and above in the year of the application being made; and
Possess Diploma/A-Levels/STPM qualification or equivalent; and
Have previous working experience/learning relevant to the field applied; and
Pass APEL Assessment for Master Degree (conducted by OUM)
