Despite the title of this course, you won’t be working in kitchens. Instead, you’ll be working in large companies as a Food and Quality Inspector and/or Nutritionist, developing meal plans catering to specific patients and promoting better nutrition among the community.
Living a healthy lifestyle is ultimately what everyone aims for, even more so at this day and age. As more genetically modified food are sold to cater to the growing demand for food, the need for Nutritionist and Dietitians have also increased. Every gram counts! Think we’re exaggerating? Ask anyone who counts their macros, and they’ll tell you that you can never be too meticulous when weighing and calculating what you eat.
While some usually associate people who watch what they eat with big and bulky bodybuilders, most nutritionists and dietitians tend to be extremely calculative, once again taking into account every single calorie they or their clients may consume
Your clients will come in all different shapes and sizes. You’ll need to personalise each of your meal plans and techniques to each of them, as well as communicating how important following it is and making sure they do so.
