SPM or equivalent*: Pass with 5 credits including Mathematics (Elementary or Additional or Modern), General Science/ Biology/ Chemistry and pass Biology/ Physics and pass Biology, AND credit in three (3) other subjects.
IELTS: Band 5.5
TOEFL: 550
