COURSE OVERVIEW

The Frozen Airline Transport Pilot’s Licence (ATPL) is a complementary course for cadets with an existing Commercial Pilot’s Licence. This course is designed to put the finishing touches on a cadet’s academic journey, completing all necessary qualifications and skills needed to venture into the world of commercial aviation.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Detailed entry requirements

Fluent in the English language
Possess an existing and valid Commercial Pilot’s Licence with Instrument rating.
Completion of a Class I-Airline Transport Pilot’s standard medical examination by a CAAM-approved medical practitioner

(Prospective candidates are advised to contact the CAAM for an updated list of medical practitioners-please refer to our FAQs).

Letter of Approval from the CAAM (obtained by submitting a communication of interest to the CAAM along with the necessary medical documentation, an existing and valid CPL/IR.
