COURSE OVERVIEW

The Master of Physiotherapy in MAHSA University is offered for full time (1 year) and part-time (2 years) study. Candidates can choose to specialize in either Musculoskeletal or Neurology. This cutting- edge programme is brought to physiotherapists who seek to advance their careers and are committed to serving the community as evidenced-based practitioners with strong clinical reasoning to make the accurate clinical decision for complex problems in musculoskeletal and neurology. To go from being an entry-level therapist to a specialist, it will be necessary to qualify in post-graduate degree with course work in the respective disciplines. Credentials acquired at this programme can be advantageous for career progression as a Physiotherapist. Bachelor's Degree

A Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (level 6, Malaysian Qualification Framework) or equivalent CGPA of 2.50 or equivalent;
A Bachelor’s degree (level 6 MQF) or equivalent not meeting CGPA of 2.50 can be accepted subject to a minimum of 5 years working in the Physiotherapy field.

English Proficiency for International Students

IELTS score of Minimum 6.0 or TOEFL 550 or equivalent.
Candidates without IELTS or TOEFL are required to attend and pass English Language Course conducted by MAHSA University at the level stipulated by the University.
