The programme aims to provide students with-in-depth and advanced knowledge within their specific areas of Business Studies. It also aims to inculcate in them a systematic, rigorous and ethical approach in conducting research in specialized areas, thereby contributing new insights to the body of knowledge and managerial practices.
Academic Requirements
Minimum Requirement : i. A Master’s Degree (Level 7, Malaysian Qualifications Framework, MQF) in a business or related field as accepted by the Higher Education Provider (HEP) Senate;ORii. Other qualifications equivalent to a Master’s Degree (Level 7, MQF) as accepted by the HEP Senate;ANDiii. For local candidates they are required to have credit in English Language at Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level or equivalent. For international candidates, they need to have at least score of 550 in Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or 6.50 in International English Language Test Systems (IELTS). The validity period for TOEFL and IELTS is two years from the date of the award.iv. Other qualification equivalent recognized by the Malaysian Goverment
