Network and mobile technologies are a big part of our lives. We rely heavily on the Internet, networks and mobile devices to communicate. This programme emphasises the computer network, mobile applications and the underlying technologies of wired and wireless networks. Students will learn to design computer networks and rectify network problems by employing appropriate network security prevention and management techniques. They will also learn to develop mobile and games applications for PDA and mobile devices.
INTI Foundation: Completion of the Foundation Programme with a minimum CGPA of 2.0 and a credit in Maths at SPM level or equivalent
Diploma: A Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering or equivalent with a minimum CGPA of 2.5. Candidates with CGPA below 2.5 but above 2.0 may be admitted subject to an internal assessment process. Any other diploma with a minimum CGPA of 2.5 and credit in Maths at SPM level or equivalent
A Level: 2Es (and a credit in Maths at SPM level or equivalent)
STPM: Pass STPM with two full passes or equivalent with a minimum CGPA of 2.0 and a credit in Maths at SPM level or equivalent
UEC: 5Bs (including Maths)
CPU: 5 passes with an average of 55 marks (not less than 50 marks for each subject including a credit in Maths at SPM level or equivalent)
TEE: 5 passes with a minimum aggregate of 279 marks (in 4 subjects including a credit in Maths at SPM level or equivalent)
SAM: 5 passes with ATAR of 55 marks (not less than 10/20 for each subject including a credit in Maths at SPM level or equivalent)
NSW (HSC): 10 units with ATAR of 55 marks and a credit in Maths at SPM level or equivalent)
Australian Year 12: 4 or 5 passes with ATAR of 55 marks including a credit in Maths at SPM level or equivalent
