This program aims at producing graduates equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills who will be employed in public and private business sectors. As such, the program is designed and structured to reflect the expectations required by the industry. The program will develop students’ intellectual, constructive thinking, self-awareness, oral and written communication skills alongside functional areas of study. The diploma provides a strong academic foundation for advanced programs enabling students to adopt an interdisciplinary approach. Upon completion of this program, the students will have the confidence in their understanding, approach and skills, to critically analyze a broad range of issues, concepts and theories in business and management, to express themselves clearly and coherently in written and oral communication and to work independently or as a team.
