Multimedia is media and content that uses a combination of different content forms. The term is used in contrast to media which only uses rudimentary computer display such as text-only, printed traditional forms, or hand-produced material. Multimedia includes a combination of text, audio, still images, animation, video, or interactivity content forms.

The Diploma in Multimedia Creative is designed specifically to equip students with skills in developing interactive multimedia products. Each graduates are expected to be fluent in all technology related to creating multimedia content and have a creative mindset in managing multimedia-related projects. Through case studies and practical exercises using 2D and 3D imaging, animation, and digital, audio and interface design, students will be up to date with the current multimedia technologies and will be able to came up with fresh new idea for new multimedia content. They will also be exposed to teamwork as practiced in most multimedia industries.
