A- Level: Minimum of Grade C in each Mathematics and 2 sciences subject (Biology, Chemistry or Physics)
MOHE Matriculation / UIAM Matriculation / USIM Matriculation / PASUM,UM: Minimum cGPA 2.00
Foundation in Science (Medicine/Pharmacy) or Foundation in Allied Health Cyberjaya University College of Medical Sciences (CUCMS): Minimum cGPA 2.00
Foundation Programme - Management and Sciences University (MSU): Minimum cGPA 2.00
Asasi Sains' or Foundation from any HEI recognized by MQA: Minimum cGPA 2.00
