What you should know about TYMBA
1. Student accommodation
<ul>
<li>We have several units in different condominiums that can accommodate students.</li>
<li>Each unit has a varying number of rooms and bathrooms, with a maximum capacity of 7-10 students.</li>
<li>For the comfort of the students, each room is only limited to 2 (or 3 if the size of the room is big) students. Therefore, our units have 3 - 4 rooms on average. 2 bathrooms per unit at least. Giving them a living room, kitchen area, etc.</li>
<li>Each unit includes: 1x - Fan for each room 1x - Fan for living room Wifi included RM200 electric &amp; water bill included per unit (anything beyond will be bear by resident (student) of the unit)</li>
<li>Each student will receive: 1x - Single bed 1x - Single wardrobe 1x - Study table 1x - Study chair</li>
<li>The units are located in Setapak and Sentul, with easy access to public transportation such as LRT stations &amp; buses.</li>
