<p>If Maths and Physics are your strong suits, and you have a passion for the open sea, this course is perfect for you. Specially designed to provide you with the necessary knowledge, understanding and skills to serve onboard a merchant navy vessel of more than 750kW, you will graduate as a certified watchkeeping engineering officer.<br /><br />&nbsp;This course will take a total of 3 years, spread over 3 phases. Students who enrol will need to complete all the mandatory phases reqired by the Malaysian Marine Department. <br /><br />&nbsp;Upon successful completion of the training and passing all the qualifying prerequisites, you will be awarded with a Diploma in Marine Engineering and be Certificate of Competency as Officer in Charge of Engineering Watch. <br /><br />&nbsp;Year 1: Academic and Professional Studies in the Academy <br /><br />&nbsp;Year 2: Shipboard / Shipyard Training <br /><br />&nbsp;Year 3: Professional Studies in the Academy</p>
