You'll study a variety of modules covering law, management, marketing and English to properly prepare you to take your first step into a career in law. It is designed to ensure the student is ready for the academic rigor of a degree in law and also understands the practical skills needed in a career in law.<br /><br /></div>
<div>A student that has completed the Foundation in Law programme at ATC will be equipped to embark on a degree in law from prestigious UK universities with us at ATC, or in any other institution offering such courses. The Foundation in Law programme is also a recognized qualification that enables a student to pursue the Malaysian Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) or the UK Bar exams that will both enable a law degree holder to practice law in Malaysia.</div>
<br />The Foundation in Law programme at ATC prepares students to face the challenges of any law-related study and career.</div>
<br />Students are assessed through a mix of coursework (e.g. assignments, class tests, research projects, presentations) and final examinations.</div>

<p>The entry requirement for Foundation of Law is at least 5 credits in SPM or O-Level, or pass UEC with at least Grade B in 3 subjects or equivalent.</p>

Foundation in Law
