This degree program offers students an in-depth understanding of the characteristics and intricacies of media’s roles in society, in order to convey messages effectively, using critical thinking skills. I t helps to prepare students to view the media industry as a business entity, teaching them the technical aspects of mass media while also understanding how the media industry functions as business.
• Passed Sijil Tinggi Pelajaran Malaysia (STPM)/A-Level with a pass in two (2) subjects or equivalent with a minimum CGPA of 2.00; OR • Passed Foundation/Matriculation/Pre-University; OR • Passed Diploma from any Higher Learning Institution recognized by the Malaysian Government with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 and Passed SPM with a credit in English; OR • Passed International Baccalaureate (IB) with minimum 24 points; OR • Other equivalent qualifications recognised by the Malaysian Government
