Keep it simple and hopefully there will be no miscommunications or misunderstanding regarding the research or the data.

Being able to work with various programming languages
If you are to deal with computers, it is a given that you should be able to apply and use programming languages such as JAVA and C++. These are the languages that you will need to operate a computer programme, software and hardware. The more you know and is proficient at, the better it will be since research of higher levels will require more programming languages as they get more complex.

The working hours of a Computer Scientist is regular working hours but you will be required to work overtime or even during a weekends to meet deadlines. Depending on your project or research, you will be required to sacrifice more time to complete them.
