All of the LLB programmes are qualifying law degrees, approved by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, and the Bar Standards Board. Our flagship LLB Law program is available for direct entry of BAC students helps you to discover the law for yourself, through arguing, writing and thinking critically about the law.UKTD students who come to Hull for their final year will have to take six modules (120 credits). Of these two are compulsory and the other four you can freely choose from the wide range of options available. The only compulsory module is Law of Trusts. It is one semester and is assessed by 3 hours exam. The other is European Union Law. Officially it is not compulsory, and you do not need to take it if you want your degree recognised in Malaysia only. But you have to take it if you want your degree to be recognised in Britain. EU law runs during the whole year and is assessed by an essay in January (40%) and a 2-hours exam is May (60%). The assessment of the optional modules varies greatly, and can include coursework, essay, oral presentation or a mix.
Entry Requirements
•5 SPM Credits (including English) and; •2 'A' Level / STPM Principals or; •Recognised Diplomas or Degrees.
