Today, she’s moved past the pressure of dinner-table academic talk to pursue what truly excites her: storytelling. An award-winning scriptwriter at the Melbourne International Screenplay Awards, Yvonne advocates for the idea that discipline and resilience matter more than a perfect score. Whether she’s working on a new screenplay or reflecting on her academic journey, she lives by the belief that if one path doesn't work out, you can always choose another and usually, it leads somewhere much more interesting.
