Pass or equivalent with minimum CGPA ? 2.5.
Pass with minimum Grade C Three (3) other subjects.
Diploma / Foundation in Science
CGPA ? 2.5 (Credit transfer not allowed.)
SPM full pass or equivalent with 5 credits. Mandatory credit in Bahasa Melayu, Mathematics (Elementary/Additional/Modern). Either one (1) of the credits in General Science Biology; Chemistry or Physics (pass in Biology or Chemistry; pass in Biology). Credit in two (2) other subjects.
Other Entry Requirements
All candidate must be certified medically fit by a registered medical practitioner within one month from the commencement of the nursing programme. Candidate with any medical conditions cannot be admitted into the programme such as HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis B, mental health disorders, epilepsy, colour blindness. Candidate must not have any physical disabilities or impaired senses that hinder nursing dexterity. Pregnancy is not allowed throughout the course.
