COURSE OVERVIEW

The programme is uniquely represents an integration between Islamic studies and contemporary knowledge. The programmes aim to produce competitive human resources, particularly in the area of Shariah in Malaysia. The graduates can make an accurate analysis based on the real facts and righteous views. Students will be exposed to the knowledge of realistic thinking and the current situation so that they can justify the Islamic law in the really practical and appropriate practice in a developing society.

Entry Requirements MI16 Sarjana Muda Syariah (Fiqh dan Usul) 7 Semester

Foundation for Islamic Studies, Nilam Puri, Kelantan; or Malaysian Higher Islamic Religious Certificate (STAM); or Malaysian Higher School Certificate (STPM); or Diploma in the related field of studies.

STPM

Aliran Sastera Lulus STPM dengan mendapat sekurang-kurangnya PNGK 3.00; dan Mendapat sekurang-kurangnya Gred B pada peringkat STPM dalam mata pelajaran Syariah/Usuluddin; dan Mendapat sekurang-kurangnya Gred B+ pada peringkat SPM dalam mata pelajaran Bahasa Arab; dan Mendapat sekurang-kurangnya Tahap 2 (Band 2) dalam MUET.

MATRIKULASI / ASASI

Aliran Sastera Lulus Asasi Pengajian Islam (Nilam Puri) dengan mendapat sekurang-kurangnya PNGK 3.00; dan Mendapat sekurang-kurangnya Tahap 2 (Band 2) dalam MUET.

STAM

Mendapat sekurang-kurangnya pangkat Jayyid Jiddan pada peringkat Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM); dan Mendapat sekurang-kurangnya Gred B+ pada peringkat SPM dalam mana-mana dua (2) mata pelajaran berikut: Bahasa Arab Pendidikan Al-Quran dan Al-Sunnah Pendidikan Syariah Islamiah Tasawwur Islam dan Mendapat sekurang-kurangnya Tahap 2 (Band 2) dalam MUET.

DIPLOMA

Aliran Sastera Memiliki Diploma dalam bidang Pengajian Islam atau yang berkaitan dengannya dari UA/IPT yang diiktiraf oleh MQA dan Senat Universiti dengan mendapat sekurang-kurangnya PNGK 3.00; dan Mendapat sekurang-kurangnya Gred B+ pada peringkat SPM dalam mata pelajaran Bahasa Arab atau sekurang-kurangnya Gred B pada peringkat Diploma dalam mata pelajaran Bahasa Arab; atau Lulus STPM bukan tahun semasa dengan mendapat sekurang-kurangnya PNGK 3.00 dan mendapat sekurang-kurangnya Gred B pada peringkat STPM dalam mata pelajaran Syariah/Usuluddin; dan Mendapat sekurang-kurangnya Gred B+ pada peringkat SPM dalam mata pelajaran Bahasa Arab; dan Mendapat sekurang-kurangnya Tahap 2 (Band 2) dalam MUET.
