The Building and Property Management deals with management of properties of third parties for a fee or commission. It focuses on investing, buying, selling, renting, servicing, using and valuing properties to achieve optimum returns for the investors.The Bachelor of Building and Property Management (Hons) is the foundation for a successful career in the building and property management profession. It delivers a set of comprehensive knowledge and skills that are highly relevant and employable. Graduates of the Bachelor of Building and Property Management (Hons) programme can register as "Graduate Member" with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Malaysia (BoVAEA) and eventually be upgraded as "Registered Building Manager" upon satisfying the necessary criteria of the BoVAEA.
Entry Requirements
STPM with 2 principal passes Or A-level with 2 passes Or South Australian matriculation (SAM) with an Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) 70 and grade B in two subjects Or Canadian Pre-University with an average of 70% in 6 subjects
Foundation in Arts, Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) Or Foundation in Science, Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) Or Matriculation /Foundation from other Institutions Of Higher Learning/ equivalent
Diploma/ Advanced Diploma from other Institutions Of Higher Learning/ equivalent
Other equivalent qualifications recognised by the Malaysian government AND A credit in 1 SPM mathematics subject/ equivalent or Unified examination certificate (UEC) with grade B in 5 subjects including 1 mathematics subject and English language
