Department of Information System was founded in 1998 as a result of the establishment of Faculty of Computer Science and Information System. The Department offers Software Engineering program at Bachelor, Masters and PhD levels.The department focuses on main software engineering principles, methods and tools for software development. It’s also covers software project management techniques, requirement of CASE tools and the importance of software quality. The Software engineering program exposed the students to the techniques, instruments and methods of problem solving concerning software development processes.
