COURSE OVERVIEW

The Cambridge A-Levels programme offers a 100% exam-based assessment, divided into two stages and is ideal for applicants looking to pursue competitive degrees like Medicine and Pharmacy; or seeking entry into top universities in the world, especially in the UK. The two stages in this A Level programme are:

Stage 1: Advanced Subsidiary (or better known as AS Level): forms the foundation of A-Level;

Stage 2: A2 Level: covers more complex topics in your chosen subjects.

Taylor's offers 13 subjects in this pre-university programme. Students are advised to choose a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 4 A Level subjects from there. When choosing what to study, pick subjects that you’re comfortable with or in line with your strengths.

Detailed entry requirements

SPM / O Level

For SCIENCE, pass SPM / SPVM / O Level with a minimum of 5 credits including Mathematics, English and two (2) Science subjects or equivalent. For HUMANITIES, pass SPM / SPVM / O Level with a minimum of 5 credits including Mathematics and English.

UEC

For SCIENCE, pass in UEC with minimum 3Bs including Mathematics, English and one science subject. For HUMANITIES, pass in UEC with min 3Bs including Mathematics, English.

Other Qualifications

Any other equivalent qualification recognised by Malaysian Government.
