PSD scholarships to be reviewed next year

- From 2012 onwards, the Prime Minister is considering to award PSD scholarships to top scorers at the university-entry level only.
- For top scorers of SPM, the PM considers giving small bursaries to them instead, to pursue their pre-university courses such as STPM, matriculation or A-levels.
- This review will be conducted to avoid experiencing the problem of scholarship distributions over and over again each year.
