JPA 2016 new convertible loan

The five newly introduced JPA sponsorship models will be implemented by referring to the four Pinjaman Boleh Ubah loan agreements.

The loan agreements for all JPA sponsorship models will be implemented based on these four situations:

1. The loan will be converted into a full scholarship and the student will be exampted from repaying the loan if he/she serves in the government sector after graduation;
2. Repay 25% from the total loan amount if the student works in any Government Linked Companies (GLC) after graduation;
3. Repay 50% from the total loan amount if the student works in any private companies after graduation;
4. Repay the full loan amount if the student works in overseas countries.
