Overview

Consisting of a total pool of RM20 million, deserving students are now able to pursue their studies at Epsom College in Malaysia. The Tune Libra Scholarship is another step in the overall vision of the shareholders of Epsom College in Malaysia to provide the opportunity to deserving students to receive the most comprehensive, all-round education experience in the region.

The fund is structured into two scholarships as follow:

• Tune Libra Scholarship - Seed Scholars
Seed Scholars are so-named because they will be taken from the most deserving young Malaysians from across the country and across all races. Seed Scholars are the brightest students who deserve the best education but do not have the means to pay. These scholars would be means-tested and fully-funded for their A Level studies at Epsom College in Malaysia, and the fund is looking to place 20 Seed Scholars in 2017.

• Tune Libra Scholarship - Branch Scholars
Branch Scholars are so-named because the first cohort of academically gifted scholars will enrol in the 2-year IGSCE Programme commencing in Year 10 and the 18-Month A Level Programme in January 2017. The scholars, via application, will receive up to 30% scholarship on published fees.

The aim of the Tune Libra Scholarship is to ensure that all students who deserve the best education have access to the facilities and world-class teaching at Epsom College in Malaysia. Epsom College recently achieved outstanding results in its first full year of A Level results; with 59% receiving A*/A grades and 73% A*/A/B grades. With the support of the College's staff, the expansive campus covering 50 acres and superb sports halls, theatres, design & technology workshop and science labs, the Scholars will be encouraged to spread their wings and achieve their full potentials.
