Overview

The Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA)-Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ) Programme offers scholarships to accounting graduates and undergraduates to pursue professional accounting.

MICPA, a premier professional body, and CAANZ have collaborated since 2009 to affer a joint qualification through the MICPA-CAANZ Programme consisting 5 modules that provide its graduates with two memberships and qualifications bearing the titles CPA (Malaysia) and CA (ANZ).

Criteria

Bumiputera
25 years old and below
Completed or will be completing a Degree in Accounting accredited by MICPA or CAANZ before the programme commences in September 2016
Minimum fnal CGPA of 3.0
Conplete assessments and attend interview

Sponsorship of MICPA-CAANZ Programme fees.
Full-time study for first 9 months of the Programme.
- Attempt 2 out of 5 modules of the MICPA-CAANZ Programme
- Attend Nurture & Development Programme
- MICPA CAANZ Programme tuition classes
- Provision of monthly allowance & accommodation during full-time study

Facilitation of job placemenyt after completion of full-time study
Part-time study for remaining 3 modules (tuition classes held on weekends)

NOTE:

This programme is currently only offered in the Klang Valley
Candidates should complete all 5 modules within3 years (inclusive of the9months full-time study)
