Biasiswa Karangkraf is an education fund established in 2004 to assist students from various backgrounds, including SPM, STPM, and diploma holders, who wish to pursue higher education. The scholarship is available to students wishing to study at selected private institutions (IPTS) in Malaysia. The program aims to reduce dependence on student loans and offer second chances for those who did not secure spots in public universities. Since its inception, over 500 students have graduated through the program.Selected institutions include:SEGI, Universiti Tun Abdul Razak (UNIRAZAK), UNITAR, UNISEL, KUIS, UNITEN, Ranaco, Instedt and KLMUC / Cosmopoint in various fields.
Applicant must meet all the below requirements
Malaysian citizens aged 25 or below
Minimum 8 credits in SPM or CGPA of 3.00 for STPM, Matriculation, or Diploma
Active participation in sports and co-curricular activities
No existing education loans or financial aid
Must have received an offer letter from an eligible IPTS (such as SEGI University, UNIRAZAK, UNITAR, KLMUC, UNISEL, etc.)
Family monthly household income not exceeding RM 5,000
