Passed Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) / Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia Vokasional (SPMV) or equivalent with 3 credits in any subject inclusive of Mathematics and any Science subject (Biology/ Physics/ Chemistry/ General Sciene/ Applied Science/ Health Science) ;or
Passed Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with Grade B in 3 subjects and obtained pass 2 science subjects (Biology/ Physics/ Chemistry/ General Sciene/ Applied Science/ Health Science) ;or
Passed O’Level with Grade C in 3 subjects and obtained pass 2 science subjects (Biology/ Physics/ Chemistry/ General Sciene/ Applied Science/ Health Science) ; OR; Art Student:
Passed Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) / Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia Vokasional (SPMV) or equivalent with 3 credits in any subject and credit 1 subject Science (Biology/ Physics/ Chemistry/ General Sciene/ Applied Science/ Health Science); or
Passed Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with Grade B in 3 subjects and credit 1 subject science (Biology/ Physics/ Chemistry/ General Sciene/ Applied Science/ Health Science) ;or
Passed O’Level with Grade C in 3 subjects inclusice 1 science subject (Biology/ Physics/ Chemistry/ General Sciene/ Applied Science/ Health Science) ; OR;
Passed Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) with Grade B- (NGMP 2.67) in 1 science subject; or
Passed Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) with Grade C in 1 subject and obtained pass 2 Science subjects (Biology/ Physics/ Chemistry/Health Science) in SPM or equivalent for pure science student; or
Passed Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) with Grade C in 1 subject and credit 1 Science subjects (Biology/ Physics/ Chemistry/Health Science) in SPM or equivalent for art science student; or
Passed Certificate (Level 3 MQF* ) in related field with CGPA 2.00; or
Other qualifications recognized by Malaysian Government
APEL with 3 years of working experience in in Safety and Health field *Malaysian Qualifications Framework Foreign Students:
