Many students have felt undone by the sudden appearance of their names on the PTPTN blacklist. A majority would claim that they were caught totally unaware, some even at airports as they were about to embark on an outgoing flight. 1. Official Portal of the Immigration Department of Malaysia (JIM)

2. PTPTN Official Portal – Black List Review  PTPTN Portal

Click here to go to the PTPTN Official Portal. Not only do you need to key in your IC but your phone number and email as well.


3. Call the PTPTN Careline

4. Personally check at any PTPTN / JIM counters

If you prefer face-to-face consultation then checking at any PTPTN counter might be the method for you

Borrowers should consult with PTPTN AT LEAST 7 days prior to any trip overseas to avoid restrictions at the airport or at the border door.
