In this diploma Graduates will be able to get a knowledge on how to manage a shop, a store, a shopping mall or a supermarket, online or onsite. Graduates will also be able to apply practical skills necessary for Retail Management practice. Graduates will be able to communicate effectively, demonstrate leadership skills in team working and perform efficiently in a term with experts in the field of Retail Management as well as with the common community locally and globally.Graduates will be able to develop in entrepreneurship opportunities and initiate business plan in the field of Retail Management.
Malaysian Citizens
- Pass Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with at least 3 credits, inclusive of Mathematics; or - O-Level or equivalent; or - Passed any of the programs accredited by Malaysian Qualification Agency (MQA) or any other equivalent institutions; or - Qualification from other local and overseas school/colleges that is recognized by Malaysian Government or equivalent.
Non-Malaysian Citizens
- O-Level or equivalent; or - Have finished at least 12 years of school education at primary or secondary (high school) level in the country of origin or of equivalent and recognized by the Malaysian Government; or - Qualification from other local and overseas school/colleges that is recognized by Malaysian Government or equivalent.
