JPA focuses to sponsor students for local studies

Public Service Department (PSD) or also known as JPA announced four new sponsorship programs as a result of the 2016 Budget Revision.

According to JPA, those new sponsorship programs are one of the government's strategies to achieve human capital development by giving more opportunities to students who want to continue their studies locally.

"The JPA 2016 sponsorship programs also focus on helping needy students," based on a statement made by JPA.

Program Biasiswa Negara is also made available for 20 excellent SPM 2015 leavers, compared to 50 students previously for those who want to continue their studies in any overseas universities of their choice.
