Rayuan UPU 2017/18 Closing Date & Other Important Reminders

With the UPUOnline Rayuan now open and available to students to use, UPU has released some very important reminders for this crucial period, some of which many of you may have forgotten in the maddening rush to get your application/appeal through. So make sure you read the following and remember what to do, and when to do it by. Don't worry, all the important points are typed in CAPS so you won't miss a thing even if you skim through. If you haven't applied yet, you can do so now by clicking on the link below. Just read the steps involved first.

UPUOnline ‘Rayuan’ 2017/18 is now Online

UPUOnline Rayuan Applications are ONLY for students who did not receive ANY offer at all

Yup, once again, as we have reminded you multiple times, the Appeal or Rayuan is only meant for students who did not get an offer, period. For those of you who did receive an offer, you CANNOT use the UPUOnline Rayuan as their decision regarding your initial offer is FINAL.

Closing Date for Online UPU Appeals/Rayuan

The Closing Date for UPUOnline Rayuan Applications is May 19, 2017 (Friday) at 11.59pm sharp. Set your watches then, ladies and gentlemen, and please ensure you have completed everything by then. What do you mean by everything? Well, that brings us to the last announcement.

What you have to do

  • CHECK your application thoroughly and carefully prior to hitting the button that says 'SAH & HANTAR'
  • Ensure your PRINT your Appeal Slip  (Slip Permohonan Rayuan)


  • Save a SOFT COPY of your Appeal Slip (Slip Permohonan Rayuan) . If you are wondering, yes, you may save it on a flash drive, or other memory storing devices. It doesn't have to be a floppy disk.
