COURSE OVERVIEW
MAHSA’s Diploma in Human Resource Management is for students who like to work with other people to realize their own unique potential. Managing talents is an important function in any organization and this diploma prepares the student for a career in Human Resource Management.
Students will gain knowledge and skills in managing people and developing talents. The programme covers wide ranging aspects of human resource management including Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Staff Motivation, Organization Behaviour, Employment Law and Industrial Relations. Students are also grounded in core business subjects to ensure a deeper appreciation for the key business functions.
