Degree in Language Studies

STPM :

Pass in STPM with at least 2 principals

A-Levels :

Completion of A-Level with Pass in 2 subjects

Foundation :

Pass in Foundation programme

SAM / AUSMAT :

ATAR of 70%

UEC :

Pass with Grade B in 5 relevant subjects

Master in Language Studies

Degree :

Related Bachelor's Degree with Honours

PhD in Language Studies

Degree :

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study with a first class honours

Master's :

Completed Master of Education or Master’s degree in a relevant field of study

TOEFL /IELTS :

English proficiency with either 600 in TOEFL or with a minimum score of 6 in IELTS

Important Note: If you opt to study a Diploma in Language Studies and continue your degree at the same institution, you will most likely get a one-year exemption. This means that you can enter degree year 2 after diploma.
