With only 29 days left to get your SPM 2016 results, which will be announced on March 16th, 2016, you need to select the path you will be taking for the next few years.
There are mainly TWO paths out there and you can take one of them. Each one of them has a set of advantages and disadvantages. That is why you need to select carefully – based on your assessment:
It is an actual undergraduate qualification in a particular field. A diploma takes typically about 2.5 years. It is done on actual college campuses.

Within Pre-University courses, there are several options to consider:
These Pre U courses are valuable to particular universities and may have limited admission. These options are generally cheaper. However, they take a long time.
STPM is very different – IT IS RECOGNISED WORLDWIDE
Both A-Levels and International Baccalaureate (IB) are recognised worldwide and by public and private universities in Malaysia.
College Foundation is recognised by specific universities and don’t enjoy global recognition
This is an interesting pathway. With this option, you will be able to take one step closer to studying abroad. Of course, you can study abroad with STPM, A-Levels, IB. However, with the foreign pathway options, you will be much closer to studying abroad. Especially, if you have earned the right grades.
If you haven’t decided yet, don’t wait any longer.
