One of the most sought-after recruitment programmes with one of the most recognisable companies in the world has officially opened. AirAsia, the budget airline that has transcended what a budget airline was capable of and changed the aviation landscape, has reopened its popular Cadet Pilot Programme for 2019.
The AirAsia Cadet Pilot Programme 2019 is open until 18th April 2019. The AirAsia Cadet Pilot Programme 2019 is open to SPM graduates as well as diploma and bachelor’s degree holders.

Upon successful selection by AirAsia Berhad, aspiring Cadet Pilots will be enrolled into the AirAsia MPL Program to earn a Multi-Crew Pilot Licence (MPL) with a Frozen Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) before reaching the ultimate goal of piloting their prized Airbus A320 aircrafts.
Applicants will be required to undergo several stages of assessments, as listed below:
Phase 1: Eligibility & Suitability Online application
Applicants to undergo the Harrison Assessment Online questionnaires. AirAsia assessors will review your application and successful candidates will be invited to the next phase.
Phase 2: Quantitative Critical Thinking & Personality Assessment Screener tests
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to take the assessment tests at a designated location, at a designated date and time.
Phase 3: Psychomotor Assessments, Spatial Orientation & Physics tests
Phase 4: Face to Face Interview
Shortlisted applicants will be invited for a face-to-face interview.
Applicants who excel in the selection process will be invited by AirAsia to progress to the next step before undertaking the AirAsia MPL Program.
