No engineering major is easy since engineering focuses heavily on advanced mathematics as its core foundation.
But these branches of engineering is definitely one of the easiest if you still want to pursue engineering:
At the top of the list is Environmental Engineering, the branch of engineering that is concerned with protecting people from the effects of adverse environmental effects, such as pollution, as well as improving environmental quality. Mind you, it’s not an easy major (it’s works as an intersection between Environmental Science and Engineering fundamentals). It is, however, one of the easier ones because it doesn’t rely on advanced math and physics as much as the other engineering majors.
Studying Environmental Engineering is a blend of ecology and other environmental concepts which means you will work on a lot of design projects and research papers. So if you’ve always been interested in solving problems that could impact the Earth, this major is for you!

Industrial Engineering is a combination between engineering and social science concepts such as business and economics. The focus of Industrial Engineering is how to improve processes or design things that are more efficient and waste less money, time, raw resources, man-power and energy while following safety standards and regulations.
A more technical major than your typical business degree, this engineering major is also less focused on concepts in physics. So if you’re looking for a more management-oriented path in engineering, this is definitely for you.

Architectural engineers are the engineers that specialize in making buildings. It’s a intriguing major where you learn to build, maintain and create buildings and structures that are effective and structurally sound. The typical architectural engineering coursework focuses on tech, mathematics and science, including courses in electrical circuits, mechanical systems for building and even a slight design aspect to it, which is engineering design.
If you become an architectural engineer, you will likely be heavily involved in construction projects. Expect to spend time working with architecture firms and supervising the development of various structures.
