Important Note: If you are serious about being a Chemist, pursuing a postgraduate is ideal as you get to learn more in-depth studies about this field, work in laboratories and add to the research field. .
If you wish to pursue a job related to Chemistry, you will have to opt for the graduate study route (unless you want to be a mad scientist!). The depth and complexity of this course means that an undergraduate course may not be sufficient to land you your dream job or enable you to reach a higher position. With a postgraduate qualification, you will be able to do research in different environments such as universities, public and private research institutions and profit-making companies.
