For example, if you are interested in the medical and health field, you could become a database manager and work as a health management officer in hospitals.

Retail and Hospitality

The retail field also offers unexpectedly wide work potential. More that 40 million Americans are currently working in retail services.

Surprising to many, only 44% percent people doing retail work in sales with the rest focusing on marketing, management, communications, accounting, finance, IT and software development.

The professional role of an HR officer has changed. It is no longer limited to the traditional task of administration of occupation and health benefits but also as strategic thinkers to grow along with the company.
