Higher academic qualification often gives you higher starting salary compared to having no qualification.
The trick to get a high salary for Book Smart and Street Smart is to choose a career that is suited to your skills sets. Certain professional fields like medicinecertainly require individuals with education and qualification.

Don't limit yourself. Try and apply for multiple positions across companies, regardless of the job requirements stated.
