Besides that, you will need to have an attractive drawing style so that it makes the readers crave for it, wanting to know what’s more and what’s next. Even if it is not beautifully drawn complex art, simple but interesting drawing style will garner just as much attention if it is relatable and fun to read.
Being able to imagine and plan out scenes in your mind
Before you turn your stories into physical or digital drawings, you have to visualise it and determine its flow. Thorough plans before execution helps to make your stories flow smoothly and makes it more understandable to the readers.
Being able to use graphic software
Even if you’re one to draw the comics physically with a pencil and paper, you should know how to operate graphic softwares. Whether it is being published into physical graphic novel copies or online, you will need the help of graphic softwares. It is always better to have the skills yourself rather than asking for help!
