The BSc (Hons) in Management of Technol1ogy (MOT) aims to produces Technical Managers out of graduates who already have specialized skills in a technical area such as engineering, biotechnology, material technology, IT etc. These graduates would be put through a rigorous programme to master management, leadership and entrepreneurship skills in order for them to fit into the job market as managers and CEOs of the future.
