Why You Can't Pick FOUR Courses & Why You Cannot Apply for UPUOnline Rayuan

 There have been many questions and enquiries regarding UPUOnline Rayuan, or specifically some students agonisingly annoyed at the fact they cannot seem to appeal OR they can't fill up all four slots.
