What if you had failed in this UPU Online application ? Can you still apply for an appeal? Here is the answer.
The UPU Online has stated that you will only be offered an elective study program. If unsuccessful, you can submit a PHASE 1 appeal application. The study program offered in the APPEAL PHASE depends on your qualifications and empty seats left. If your appeal is successful in the PHASE 1 APPEAL application, you can register and enrol yourself together with the successful applicant for the first intake.
If your application FAILS in the PHASE 1, you will be automatically considered for UPU Online appeal PHASE 2. In Phase 2 of the appeal, the applicant can no longer choose their preferred study program. Offers are based on eligibility requirements and empty seats once again.
To those of you who want to apply for UPU Online APPEAL, you can click on the following link: https://online.moe.gov.my/upu/rayuan.
