The Terengganu government will provide a special incentive for students who scored 5As in this year's Ujian Penilaian Sekolah Rendah (UPSR).
It will be announced this month as Terengganu's 2015 budget will be tabled and debated from 8 to 11 December, said Menteri Besar Datuk Ahmad Razif Abdul Rahman.
This year, 2,563 candidates or 12.10 per cent out of the 21,099, who sat for the UPSR in 377 schools in Terengganu scored all As.
Since 2001, the state has maintained its excellent record in the examination and topped in all three categories this year, which were the overall achievement, national grade average (GPN), and minimum C.
